Shipping & Delivery

All orders, when available, will be shipped on a 3 to 5 working day standard 2nd class Royal Mail service or where this item is very heavy or very large it will ship via 48 hour carrier. International order will take longer for shipping

While will try to ensure that all orders are dispatched in a maximum of 2 working days. Most orders will ship the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from the Online Store can be returned within 7 days for a refund, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Please note, we are unable to process exchanges.

Refunds for merchandise only will be issued to the billing name and address on the original order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please pack the merchandise you are returning in the original shipping carton or mail order sack. We recomend that you keep the shipping and retail carton wile your child is playing with the toy as this can be used when shipping the product and it has valuable information about your toy.

Please contact us if you have a problem. Please do not send items back with out authorisation.

We recommend returns be shipped via insured Postal Service for your protection. We can not be responsible for items lost during shipping.

We do not accept COD returns.

Manufacturers Warranty

LeapFrog the manufacturer undertake to repair or replace any part found to be defective in material or workmanship within a 6 month period free of charge. Call the free helpline 0800 169 5435 for instructions. Do not return the goods to us without authorisation.

Order Cancellation

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed unless stock is not available.
